Deposits & Payments

New Patient Deposit: $200 at booking (credited to service)

Return Patient Deposit: $100 at booking (credited to service)

Balance Due: Within 72 hours of appointment

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Important: For mobile interventions, late arrival (>15 minutes) is treated as a no-show and an additional $100 fee applies due to scheduling, administrative, and logistical considerations.

Medication Refill Policy

Important: These refill limits are for extremely stable patients only. Most patients require monthly to every-other-month visits.

Controlled substance refill (stable)	$75 admin fee per refill
Controlled substance: Max refills	2 refills max (30-day supply each = 3 months)
Non-controlled refill (stable)	$50 admin fee per refill
Non-controlled: Max refills	1 refill max (90-day supply = 6 months)
6-month rule	Must have visit every 6 months
Controlled: Annual in-person	Required (in-office OR nature psychotherapy)

Early treatment	Every 2-4 weeks
Stable	Every 3-6 months
On controlled substances	Monthly to every 3 months

Discharge Policy

Controlled substance patient refuses follow-up	30-day taper notice
Non-payment	Services held until resolved

Payment & Discounts

All listed prices are for Cash, Debit, or Bitcoin. Credit card payments add a 3% processing fee.

Credit Card on File Required: A valid credit card must be kept on file. In the event of non-payment, the card on file will be charged directly.

Credit Card: +3% (processing fee)
Veterans: -10%
First Responders / Healthcare Employees: -10%
Membership: -10% to -15% (stacks with other discounts)
